    These guys did excellent work for us on our roof. We received a quote within 24 hours of inquiring about one. Kaige was very quick to answer any questions we had and to give us his opinions about what would work best for us and our home. When we were ready to schedule, he got us on the calendar quickly and showed up right on time. The crew was very respectful with our outside items and did a great job picking up after themselves.     My home's roof was one of the many damaged this spring during the hail storm and I'd not ever been through a home insurance claim/estimate process. Kaige from KL Roofing showed up promptly when he said he would and walked me through the entire process. The day of the roof work he and his crew were very professional, efficient, respectful and I was pleasantly surprised how well they cleaned up after the project was complete. Fair, honest, professional and respectful....what more can you ask for these days?     Kaige and his roughing crew did a wonderful job. He gave me a quote that was very Fair compared to others and when he was done, he told me it would be less. Not many contractors would do that. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up where you didn’t even know anyone was even around. I would hardly recommend him And his crew. He is an honest contractor that you can depend on. My house actually looks brand new after the roof replacement and he recommended the type of shingles to use and the color that went with my house color. highly recommended See more See less

    Excellent customer service!! Kaige has great communication and responded to questions and gave advice quickly. He came out very quickly after the storm to assess our damage and offer advice when dealing with the insurance adjuster. We had other work on the house already lined up that needed the roof to be done first and he worked with us to get it done quickly so the other projects weren’t delayed. They got the job done quickly and it looks great! He and his crew were respectful to us and our property and they were very thorough in their clean up.     Kaige Leymaster (owner of K L Roofing and Siding repaired my house after the tornado that swept southern Iowa in April 2024. I cannot say enough good things about Kaige and his crew. Their workmanship was A+, they communicated throughout the job which included roof, siding. A couple of door replacements, etc. They use quality products, fair pricing and have great attention to all the details that make the difference between an “okay” job and a “top notch, quality job”.     Kaige promptly came to assess storm damage and give me a quote on the job. He kept me posted when the sky lights had arrived. Kaige is easy to visit with. His employees put down tarps to protect the plants and contain the debris and nails. I highly recommend Kaige. See more See less

    Kaige and his crew replaced our roof after we had hail damage. They did a wonderful job, and were very respectful trying to not damage landscaping around the house, and cleaning up after the project was done.     Installed an overhead garage door for a loading dock. Everything was done in a timely manor and very clean and professional. We were very happy with the way the project turned out and everything was perfect. We asked for the concrete to be patched after the job was complete and there was no question they fixed it for us.     Couldn't be happier. I delayed their start time and then they ran into problems out of anyone's control with the underlayment. They still finished in unbelievably quick time. Cleaned up well enough that I couldn't tell they had even been on the property. See more See less

    This was the 2nd project in a year that KL Roofing & Const.completed for me recently and once again it was a high quality result. This deck replacement was a major job and Kaige & his crew focused on quality throughout the project. His crew is always respectful & even helped me a couple times with my sometimes overly helpful/annoying dogs.     These guys were great!! Kaige was great at communicating with me as to when he would be here and anything else I needed to know! Kaige also helped out big time when it came to trying to figure out my insurance, he was willing to call them for me to get the details that I didn’t understand! The whole crew was very professional and friendly while they were working on my house! They were very prompt and got the job done in no time! My house looks amazing, his crew also was great at clean up!! Anything I needed help with placing back they asked and got it done!
