These guys were great!! Kaige was great at communicating with me as to when he would be here and anything else I needed to know! Kaige also helped out big time when it came to trying to figure out my insurance, he was willing to call them for me to get the details that I didn’t understand! The whole crew was very professional and friendly while they were working on my house! They were very prompt and got the job done in no time! My house looks amazing, his crew also was great at clean up!! Anything I needed help with placing back they asked and got it done! Kaige worked with me on making sure I also had the best for the money quality materials, I completely trusted him on what was needed. If you are looking for a local, trustworthy, professional crew these are your men!! Give them a call to get your construction done now!!

Kaige Leymaster (owner of K L Roofing and Siding repaired my house after the tornado that swept southern Iowa in April 2024. I cannot say enough good things about Kaige and his crew. Their workmanship was A+, they communicated throughout the job which included roof, siding. A couple of door replacements, etc. They use quality products, fair pricing and have great attention to all the details that make the difference between an “okay” job and a “top notch, quality job”. They go above and beyond! I would highly recommend this crew!!

Kaige did a great job finding a leak on my roof. He was able to fix the problem at a minimal charge. I will be using him in the future for all my roofing needs.

kl replaced the roof on our church parsonage. They did a great job and the crew was extremely polite. They cleaned up everything and they left an easy path to get to and from the house. Would recommend them. Humeston Christian United Methodist Church

Kaige promptly came to assess storm damage and give me a quote on the job. He kept me posted when the sky lights had arrived. Kaige is easy to visit with. His employees put down tarps to protect the plants and contain the debris and nails. I highly recommend Kaige.

Excellent customer service. I was informed about some shingles that blew off due to a storm that passed through the area. The repair to the roof was done quickly, the quality looked superb, and I was amazed how little time it took without any additional calls. Highly recommended!

These guys did excellent work for us on our roof. We received a quote within 24 hours of inquiring about one. Kaige was very quick to answer any questions we had and to give us his opinions about what would work best for us and our home. When we were ready to schedule, he got us on the calendar quickly and showed up right on time. The crew was very respectful with our outside items and did a great job picking up after themselves. They worked very quickly and we are super happy with the results.

My husband and I highly recommend KL Roofing and Construction LLC! Less than 24 hours after inquiring about suspected hail damage, Kaige came to assess the damage and provided us with a full roof replacement bid. We were quickly put on his schedule and the crew started right on time once materials were received. Kaige was very knowledgeable and communicated very well! He and his crew worked quickly and cleaned up very well afterwards. We love how our new roofs look!

Couldn't be happier. I delayed their start time and then they ran into problems out of anyone's control with the underlayment. They still finished in unbelievably quick time. Cleaned up well enough that I couldn't tell they had even been on the property.

My husband and I highly recommend KL Roofing & Construction LLC! Kaige responded to our inquiry about assessing hail damage the same day and quickly bid a full roof replacement for us. He was very knowledgeable and got us on his schedule quickly! We are pleased with how our new roofs look, how quickly it was completed, and that Kaige and his crew cleaned up so well afterwards. We will use Kaige and his crew in the future!

Excellent customer service!! Kaige has great communication and responded to questions and gave advice quickly. He came out very quickly after the storm to assess our damage and offer advice when dealing with the insurance adjuster. We had other work on the house already lined up that needed the roof to be done first and he worked with us to get it done quickly so the other projects weren’t delayed. They got the job done quickly and it looks great! He and his crew were respectful to us and our property and they were very thorough in their clean up. I have referred family members and would not hesitate to use them again!

Kaige and his roughing crew did a wonderful job. He gave me a quote that was very Fair compared to others and when he was done, he told me it would be less. Not many contractors would do that. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up where you didn’t even know anyone was even around. I would hardly recommend him And his crew. He is an honest contractor that you can depend on. My house actually looks brand new after the roof replacement and he recommended the type of shingles to use and the color that went with my house color. highly recommended

Kaige and his crew replaced our roof after we had hail damage. They did a wonderful job, and were very respectful trying to not damage landscaping around the house, and cleaning up after the project was done. Kaige took care of a couple of issues that we had that he hadn’t factored in. We are very satisfied with their work, and we would highly recommend them for any project that you need to have done. Thank you!

My home's roof was one of the many damaged this spring during the hail storm and I'd not ever been through a home insurance claim/estimate process. Kaige from KL Roofing showed up promptly when he said he would and walked me through the entire process. The day of the roof work he and his crew were very professional, efficient, respectful and I was pleasantly surprised how well they cleaned up after the project was complete. Fair, honest, professional and respectful....what more can you ask for these days?
