KL Roofing & Construction LLC

If you need someone to shingle your roof this is the person to call. KL Roofing came and after tearing off the old shingles found some problems they took care of it no problem, covered around the house so nothing dropped in my landscaping, cleaned everything up , went around in yard more than once with a roll magnet checking for nails I couldn’t ask for a better group and I am picky. I would highly recommend KL Roofing !! Linda Hudson Mills

KL roofing did a great job at a competitive price. Quality shingles and work. My roof looks great!

Kaige and his team did a fantastic job putting a new roof on our house. They consulted us when issues arose, kept the work area clean, and protected my plants as much as possible. I would highly recommend Kaige for any project, big or small!

Kaige and crew did an absolutely fantastic job on our garage roof. It was done very well and in an extremely timely fashion. Additionally, there was a problem with a leak on our house roof and they got that fixed quickly. Very happy and thankful for the guys and the work that they did.

Kaige and his crew did an AMAZING job on our siding! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way - even if it meant more time and work. The finishing touches didn’t go unnoticed and we would highly recommend KL Roofing & Construction for any home improvement project!

Installed an overhead garage door for a loading dock. Everything was done in a timely manor and very clean and professional. We were very happy with the way the project turned out and everything was perfect. We asked for the concrete to be patched after the job was complete and there was no question they fixed it for us. Highly recommend KL construction

This was the 2nd project in a year that KL Roofing & Const.completed for me recently and once again it was a high quality result. This deck replacement was a major job and Kaige & his crew focused on quality throughout the project. His crew is always respectful & even helped me a couple times with my sometimes overly helpful/annoying dogs. Daily cleanup/ end of workday organization from them minimizes any inconvenience & I’ll definitely use them again for future projects. I love my refurbished deck, thanks guys! T. Clark- Leon, Ia

Kaige gave me a quick estimate, and was fast to make the job happen. I am very pleased with the service and the finished project. I recommend him and his company 100%!

Highly recommend KL Roofing & Construction! Quick response to any questions and provides professional high quality service! We have had siding done and interior work done! Both turned out amazing!

Highly recommend great communication and work very fast great quality

Kaige did a great job finding a leak on my roof. He was able to fix the problem at a minimal charge. I will be using him in the future for all my roofing needs.

Not only do these guys do great work, they are fast and clean up like no other!

Kaige and his roughing crew did a wonderful job. He gave me a quote that was very Fair compared to others and when he was done, he told me it would be less. Not many contractors would do that. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up where you didn’t even know anyone was even around. I would hardly recommend him And his crew. He is an honest contractor that you can depend on. My house actually looks brand new after the roof replacement and he recommended the type of shingles to use and the color that went with my house color. highly recommended

Very good work and you would have never known they were there! A company that cares and the end result proved it.

Kaige and his crew replaced our roof after we had hail damage. They did a wonderful job, and were very respectful trying to not damage landscaping around the house, and cleaning up after the project was done. Kaige took care of a couple of issues that we had that he hadn’t factored in. We are very satisfied with their work, and we would highly recommend them for any project that you need to have done. Thank you!

Kaige and his crew did a great job with putting on a new roof including a new wrap on the chimney and re-siding a small area between the house and garage. We are very pleased with the results!

Kaige Leymaster (owner of K L Roofing and Siding repaired my house after the tornado that swept southern Iowa in April 2024. I cannot say enough good things about Kaige and his crew. Their workmanship was A+, they communicated throughout the job which included roof, siding. A couple of door replacements, etc. They use quality products, fair pricing and have great attention to all the details that make the difference between an “okay” job and a “top notch, quality job”. They go above and beyond! I would highly recommend this crew!!

Couldn't be happier. I delayed their start time and then they ran into problems out of anyone's control with the underlayment. They still finished in unbelievably quick time. Cleaned up well enough that I couldn't tell they had even been on the property.

My home's roof was one of the many damaged this spring during the hail storm and I'd not ever been through a home insurance claim/estimate process. Kaige from KL Roofing showed up promptly when he said he would and walked me through the entire process. The day of the roof work he and his crew were very professional, efficient, respectful and I was pleasantly surprised how well they cleaned up after the project was complete. Fair, honest, professional and respectful....what more can you ask for these days? I highly recommend KL Roofing for your home projects and look forward to having them back to complete other improvements to my property. Thanks Kaige and crew! Tom Clark- Leon
