    My home's roof was one of the many damaged this spring during the hail storm and I'd not ever been through a home insurance claim/estimate process. Kaige from KL Roofing showed up promptly when he said he would and walked me through the entire process. The day of the roof work he and his crew were very professional, efficient, respectful and I was pleasantly surprised how well they cleaned up after the project was complete. Fair, honest, professional and respectful....what more can you ask for these days?     My husband and I highly recommend KL Roofing and Construction LLC! Less than 24 hours after inquiring about suspected hail damage, Kaige came to assess the damage and provided us with a full roof replacement bid. We were quickly put on his schedule and the crew started right on time once materials were received. Kaige was very knowledgeable and communicated very well!     Excellent customer service!! Kaige has great communication and responded to questions and gave advice quickly. He came out very quickly after the storm to assess our damage and offer advice when dealing with the insurance adjuster. We had other work on the house already lined up that needed the roof to be done first and he worked with us to get it done quickly so the other projects weren’t delayed. They got the job done quickly and it looks great! He and his crew were respectful to us and our property and they were very thorough in their clean up. I have referred family members and would not hesitate to use them again! See more See less

    Kaige promptly came to assess storm damage and give me a quote on the job. He kept me posted when the sky lights had arrived. Kaige is easy to visit with. His employees put down tarps to protect the plants and contain the debris and nails. I highly recommend Kaige. See more See less

    These guys did excellent work for us on our roof. We received a quote within 24 hours of inquiring about one. Kaige was very quick to answer any questions we had and to give us his opinions about what would work best for us and our home. When we were ready to schedule, he got us on the calendar quickly and showed up right on time. The crew was very respectful with our outside items and did a great job picking up after themselves.     These guys were great!! Kaige was great at communicating with me as to when he would be here and anything else I needed to know! Kaige also helped out big time when it came to trying to figure out my insurance, he was willing to call them for me to get the details that I didn’t understand! The whole crew was very professional and friendly while they were working on my house! They were very prompt and got the job done in no time! My house looks amazing, his crew also was great at clean up!! Anything I needed help with placing back they asked and got it done! Kaige worked with me on making sure I also had the best for the money quality materials, I completely trusted him on what was needed.     Excellent customer service. I was informed about some shingles that blew off due to a storm that passed through the area.
